I have negotiated preferable rates at The De Montfort hotel in Kenilworth for the Retro Ball. The take up for this Hotel though has not been great, partially due to the fact that I secured the venue practically next door to where the Retro Ball is being held called Woodside Training.

Woodside training does not have any more rooms left – I therefore need to know urgently from you guys if would like a room(s) at the De Montfort. Check the site for details of the hotel. I am going to close the list tomorrow, as I have to tell the hotel 2-weeks in advance of any rooms that we do not want and I did book a rather large chunk of them, and God forbid do I want the bill for them.

Please pass this info around to those you know who are coming or intend to come. As of tomorrow night, if would want to stay at this hotel the rates will be double what they are for the event and it will be up to you guys to contact the hotel directly yourselves.
